#NewsStory: High quality service recognised - TDS retains BSI accreditation.

The Dispute Service Ltd, the Government-appointed administrators for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which includes the Insured and Custodial schemes, have once again retained their Certificate of Registration for Customer Satisfaction Management under ISO 10002.

Following an annual inspection and audit of management procedures and processes by the British Standards Institute (BSI), TDS were awarded the prestigious Certificate of Registration which confirms that TDS operates a Customer Satisfaction Management system to a recognised quality standard.

TDS Director of Customer Services, John King, was delighted: “This is great news for all our TDS colleagues and, of course, our customers; we constantly strive to provide a high level of service that is not only focused on the customer and the services we provide but allows us to be flexible to improve what we do. This is a great way of showing that we are working well in the area of customer satisfaction, although always aim to improve”.

The BSI ISO 10002, the international standard for customer satisfaction, provides guidelines for putting processes and procedures in place that allow TDS to identify areas in our business where we can improve standards. This allows us to help customers with their enquiries effectively and efficiently – this is to make sure that more customers are satisfied with the service we provide.

This is the fourth consecutive year that TDS have demonstrated that they have robust and effective operational guidelines in place to be customer facing and help with tenancy deposit protection. The annual inspection helps maintain the high standards and identify efforts that are being made to be innovative for improvement.
