#NewsStory: Government updates ‘How to Rent’ guide

The UK Government, yesterday (9 July 2018), published an update to its How to Rent Guide. 

Landlords and agents renting properties in England should issue the latest version of the guide to tenants, starting with immediate effect, for new tenancies.

This latest version is the second change to this guidance document from the Government in the last month.
